First Snowfall—Wonder Wedneday

It's WONDER Wednesday!

This week's WONDER is the first [appreciable] snowfall. True, flakes have flown up north before the big wallop we received yesterday. But waking up today to a peaceful snowy blanket has us appreciating the white stuff anew. Sculptor Andy Goldsworthy said, “Snow provokes responses that reach right back to childhood.” We couldn't agree more. Does your inner kid come out to play at the first snowfall?

HERE ARE A FEW IDEAS TO INSPIRE:
❄️ ❄️ ❄️

  • Make a snow angel

  • Enjoy a snow cone with maple syrup

  • Look for animal tracks

  • Build a snowman

  • Shake the branches of a tree

  • Start a snowball fight
